How to live a fulfilling life
“Do I really want to be doing this for the rest of my life?”, “Is this really worth all the personal sacrifices I’m making?”
When you’re in your 30’s and maybe 40’s, there’s a lot to keep you going – maybe it’s working for a specific company, or getting a promotion or a pay increase. But as you get older, you may question your way of living and working; your personal values call for attention, and you realise the clock is ticking.
This post is dedicated to the late Sir Ken Robinson whose work offered us a richer and happier vision of human ability, where we could all find and be in our Element.
In his book ‘The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything’ Sir Ken Robinson shared that the Element is the point at which natural talent meets personal passion. When we are in our Element we’re at our best: we love what we do, we feel most inspired, and we’re driven to achieve the highest levels.
When you next wonder what you’re doing and why, ask yourself this:
- What’s my passion?
- What gives me a sense of purpose?
- Which dreams have I given up on?
- What legacy would I like to leave behind?
- What would I like to change?
Where Corporate meets Wellness is aligning with your passion, realizing your purpose, and finding your Element so you live a life worth living.
