It’s not easy to thrive and feel at balance in today’s world. The modern-day hectic pace, the expectation to be connected 24/7, the pile-up of work, family, and personal commitments can all place immense strain on individuals physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. Something’s got to give. Usually, it’s our health. We’re making constant withdrawals from our health bank.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • Are you satisfied with the way you manage your hours – the time spent at work, with family and friends, and on your personal growth?
  • Do you have sufficient energy to thrive throughout your day?
  • Are you getting the recommended 7-8 hours of sleep at night?
  • Does your sleep feel restful and restorative or are you tossing and turning all night long?

If you’re answering ‘no’ to one or more of these questions, it’s time to take action, prioritise your wellness, and make on-going deposits to your health bank.

In Wellness, balance is key.

Wellness is all about maintaining a balance between the many different aspects of your life in the critical areas of body, mind, emotions and soul.

Think of it as a wheel with 8 spokes – if one spoke is underdeveloped or neglected, the wheel, your overall wellness, will be off balance.

You may be wondering if you should just wait and see. The problem with this approach is that it can lead to people spiraling down, emptying their health bank account, and potentially reaching burnout point. To re-bounce from a burnout situation is incredibly difficult and often requires medical long-term support. Why wait?

Coaching Programs

As a Licensed Wellness Practitioner, Wellness Coach and Mindfulness Practitioner I offer a unique approach to holistic wellbeing. I believe healing should address the complete self: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.

I will help you assess which part of your life has been overlooked. I will help you find your optimal wellness and wellbeing, and work with you to restore your balance as to enable you to ignite your true power, your Manipura, and become your truest and healthiest self.

My coaching sessions are delivered in person or virtually (Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or via telephone).

Transformational Series

Assessing your current choices and creating new and healthier habits take time, discipline and motivation. My Transformational Series is designed to meet you where you are, set clear and tangible goals, create an action plan, and be your sounding board on your journey to optimal wellness.. There are packages of 3,6 and 10 sessions available for you.

The Transformational Coaching Series includes access to additional free resources (handouts, recommended reading and videos, guided meditations, etc.).
